- Email Updates to clients on load tracking, ETA and any issues with load etc
- Any driver assistance needed while on road.
4. We will handle all paperwork:
- Broker/shipper setup work
- Rate con and other load docs
- Insurance-related docs
5. Billing/invoicing on your company name
6. We collect on invoices
7. We handle quickly requests for you
8. Factoring assistance if needed
9. Detention Charges and TONU Assistance
10. We will provide weekly and monthly reporting on each unit/driver
11. We can store all docs digitally with us or forward the docs at the end of the month to you
12. For equipment tracking and communication, we will use your current system and do the assessment to see if it is efficient enough for current standards and your needs.

14. We can do weekly or bi-weekly invoicing as per your convenience.
15. Load payments will come directly to you.
16. We will keep record of each load mile for IFTA purposes.
